I don't know where to begin detailing my experience at Anthony's other than to say it was incredible. I picked up my car today and it looks like it just came out of the showroom as a new car. They even waxed my wheels and cleaned the car!! I brought my car in a week ago after being hit by a truck on Route 287. I was a wreck myself when I walked in and they quickly made me feel calmer and let me know they would take care of my car. That is an understatement because they truly took the time to make sure my car was perfect . Jimmy was amazing. He took me out to see the car and even had someone buff off some fingerprints for me! I asked him about my front tire that had a scuff after the accident and he said he inspected it and it was fine because he would never let me drive off in a car that was not safe. That is a perfect example of why my family and friends have always gone to Anthony's for work on their cars. I firmly believe it is important to patronize our local business owners here in Red Bank and Jimmy and his staff are the reasons why Anthony's has such a stellar reputation. They go the extra mile for their customers and it shows. it is always a stressful experience being involved in a car accident but they truly made me feel at ease that my car would be fine and I would too. This is the second time that we used Anthony's Auto Body in Shrewsbury and we can't say enough about the wonderful work they do. Both times our cars came back to us looking better than before the crash! The staff is amazing, they are so helpful, kind and accommodating. This is the only place you need to to bring your car to get it working and looking better than it did before it was in a collision! We highly recommend this company.
Earlier this year I hit a deer and damaged my hood, fender, radiator and AC. AA handled the transaction with the insurance carrier seamlessly. The car was repaied using Audi OEM parts. The car looked and smelled brand new when they returned it to me. When the weather got warm a few months later my AC was working but then it didn’t cool after a while. Took it back to AA and they began their problem solving immediately. They corrected the problem and a few weeks later the AC stopped working again. AA checked the AC system again and even had an Audi certified mechanic help problem solve the issue. They identified a defective OEM part that had been replaced. Problem solved. Jimmy made every effort to get me back on the road and never questioned the validity of my problem. Kudos.
After my car accident there was some pretty significant damage to my vehicle. Anthony's Auto Body took care of my vehicle and it was a first class experience. The service and quality of their work truly is as good as it gets. Complete five star auto body and repair service! Jimmy was professional and coordinated everything - from the important paperwork, to the meetings with adjuster, to scheduling and managing repairs to final inspection and sign off. Amazing customer service- they go above and beyond to help their customers. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and the work done on my vehicle- Definitely recommend!!!!
I’m a retired insurance executive and I have had plenty of experience dealing with auto body shops. Anthony’s Auto (AA) is by far the best vendor I have ever dealt with. Jimmy and his crew are professional, service oriented and pay attention to detail. They believe in customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to achieve it.
This place is amazing!!! Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. I went there to fix my door and my rear quarter panel. Both were pretty beat up. And they took care of everything and went the extra mile and fixed certain things that I didn’t even tell them to fix. They even cleaned my car inside and out before I went to pick it up. Well worth the wait.
