Great Customer Service! Clean Storage Closets!!
We moved to the area from over 700 miles away and had to secure a storage unit prior and sight unseen. We trusted the Satellite-Self Storage representatives to be honest with us because we had an entire household of belongings and nearly 100 boxes. When the movers arrived, they were totally shocked by the poor access from the truck to the unit. They had to park far from the building entry door even though Satellite Self Storage had assured me it would be easy access. The movers decided to immediately find another storage company because if they didn't like the way they were treated, they didn't want to leave our belongings. We appreciate the mover for that.
Immaculate storage facility with friendly people in the front office. They're always willing to help. Price is much better than Extra SS, too.
We make no recommendations but we should not have been treated that way since it was Satellite Self Storage that didn't tell the entire story about the unit or the process.

The worst experience was when I arrived days later and asked for a refund or at least a partial refund since the money was automatically deducted from my account on the day I arrived. I was told the money came out the day before until I suggested the rep double check and sure enough, she found the money was deducted that day but she said it was still too late. I was told I couldn't get a refund because the corporate office in Utah or wherever it is would not approve it since we moved at short notice. I reminded them that we didn't appreciate being given a small, inconveniently located unit with pipes running along the ceiling that decreased the height of the unit from what they assured me it was. They kept our $300.00.
