The team here is amazing. They fitted me with a perfect pair of shoes that were completely different from anything I would have picked out on my own. Turns out to have been a huge step (pardon the pun) forward for me in my ability to run comfortably. I will definitely return to the store and would recommend them to anyone

They are very helpful, but they have a gimmicky thing that they do which is they remove the insole from a pricey shoes and replace it with their very pricey insole. The problem with this is that the shoes they sell are very expensive to begin with and then if you have to spend another $75 dollars with their insole and the socks that go with it, you are now looking to spend close to $300 for running shoes. I am sure some will find this reasonable, but not me and I want you know before you go there. It is obvious that their sales associates are compensated on selling the insole and other things. That is gimmicky customer service.
