Really Lazy guy working there. All he had to do was change the dollar amount on from a previous wire at another chase. He screwed it up. Rudimentary instructions, couldn't follow them.
Wish it were a drive thru- has a walk up ATM. Gets the job done ...
After a few visits they actually remember your name! Always an easy place to notarize documents. Always friendly. Willing to stay late if needed.
Don't do a wire transfer there. They will screw up the transaction & have your money floating around for days.

the manager Narmina has no clue what she is doing couldnt help me at all just gave me the 1-800 number... this bank is horrible service you ask questions and they all have no answers??? unbelievable saying a check is fraud from the state? like how is that even possible?? wouldnt even give it a star at alllll
