Had fraud on my account, agreed they shouldn't have gone through because it failed the security checks. Closed my debt card, said I won't receive one for ten days. Asked if they could overnight, wants to charge me $50!!!!!! Manager won't waive the fee. Closing my accounts tomorrow.
I don't understand that if I walk into this bank today WITH cash and ask for change why they refuse to give it to me.. because, I didn't have an account? I wasn't cashing a check I was doing even money. Bills for change.
