Let me begin with that I have bought many high end luxury cars in my life. And would expect a high level of excellence from these dealers. It is the complete opposite. They have sat back and gotten fat and forgot who got them there. I had given up on getting a premium experience when buying a premiuim car. That is until I met Craig Cook. I don't even know where to begin. From the beginning I have always had his cellphone. I hate to say it but I was that guy who would call him on a Sunday. And guess what? He would answer. From point A to B he by far exceeded all my expectations. Not only that he took as much time as he could to make sure I was comfortable with my new car and that I knew every single feature. Even when I said "you don't have to go over that". He said "it's my job to go over these things with you and if I don't then I didn't do my job" I don't want to make this a endless post. But words can't express how great of a salesman this young gentlemen is. I could tell that he loved his job, he loved cars, and best of all he loved helping people. Not only did I get a great salesman I made a new friend. Thank you Craig for making my car experience the best I ever had. And thank you Circle Genesis for hiring such a great salesman. I would tell anyone to buy from Craig and to Buy from Circle.

FRAUD ~ advertised one price on their website ~ when called to confirm price ~ I was told my Scott, Used Car Manager, that it was a typo and he will not honor the price advertised on their website. Very BAD business practice for such a large dealership.
My wife's lease was coming to an end on her Mazda and wanted something different. After researching cars I found great reviews on the Sonata. I live in Staten Island, NY but usually go to NJ because bigger lots sometimes mean more choices available.
I have to say.... They did everything and I mean Everything to get me as close to the number that I wanted. Obviously I gave a low ball at first and they always give a number that's higher then you would like. But sitting with Matt and his Manager Scott They got me a Sign and Drive that was only $20.00 a month away from my magic number with absolutely nothing out of pocket.
I felt that they were being very reasonable and honest with me. and doing everything in their power to make me happy. Sales Associate Matt was very sociable, hospitable and professional. If in three years my wife wants to get another Sonata I will definitely lease from Circle again.
I heard good things from a friend about Circle and called them and spoke to a salesman. When I got there I felt very comfortable the moment I walked in. Was greeted by a few people and was set up with a salesman named Matt. I've been to some dealerships where you feel high pressure or they treat you like they're doing you a favor by letting you buy a car from them. I have no hesitation to walk out and remind them the customer is always right when I feel high pressure.
Joe Piccininno was my service advisor, he was pleasant. He recommended some service to my car, and I will definitely get the 30k mile service when I'm due. I've been to a few dealerships and think I've found one I'll actually go back to.
I have 2012 sonata 2.0t which needs a steering coupling. now this is covered under the open campaign from Hyundai. I came to circle hyundai on 09/01/2017 for his to check and they said part needs to order as its not in stock. i followed up on 09/26 and got the same answer waiting for part. today on 10/24. i called them and they said that they have to check the status. still waiting for parts.it looks like they are not interested in open campaign.
