WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
When we had accepted an offer, which was lower than promised. Joe pressured us into not offering a counter as they would never accept it (found this to be a lie). He pressured us to use his expensive equally shady lawyer, Richard Pepsny, with threats of not being able to assist if anything goes wrong with the closing process.
Joe and his team helped sell my house and it was an awesome experience. I was amazed how painless of an experience it was for me and my family and we'll be using him when we buy again next year!
We had one open house, held by someone on his team. Well this was truly an OPEN house!! Prospective buyers; strangers to everyone; were left to wonder aimlessly through our home unchecked, unsupervised and uninformed.
Please, if you care about your home selling or buying process use anyone other than Joe Oz or Keller Williams
I requested to speak with the manager of Keller Williams He was very nice and said he would talk to Joe Oz and have him contact me. This never happened and after repeated follow ups Keller Williams stood behind Joe Oz and I was left to “twist in the wind”. It seems Joe Oz is a high powered agent that brings in a lot of money for Keller Williams and they will not do anything to help his clients that feel cheated and wronged.
During this process, I had made many attempts to speak with Joe with very few returned phone calls. The buyers’ realtor was unable to reach him as well. Joe, nor anyone on his team, did not attend the closing. When we found that the lawyer; that he recommended; had overcharged by $1000 I tried to discuss with Joe but he did not return any of my call. In an act of desperation, I went to the Keller Williams Shrewsbury office that Joe claimed to work out of. To my surprise I found that not only Joe, but none of his team occupy to the office either.
I worked with Joe Oz to both buy and sell homes in the area. Everything from the marketing to the photos was a great experience. Since, Joe and his team has taken care of my whole family. I appreciate all of the assistance!

Even after our closing I was contacted to make sure we had everything we needed or any questions going forward. During the initial meeting a plethora of promises were made regarding the value of our home and the process of the sale. Once the paperwork was signed then his flashy caring facade started to crumble. Joe become rather unresponsive and constantly made me feel like a charity case he took on, and even the most mundane of tasks related to his duties as my realtor was a gift from God himself. When I was able to speak with him his pushy “my way or the highway” attitude left us feeling belittled and insignificant.
